You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use okslotph. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations enforced by PAGCOR. Underage access is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
okslotph operates under a valid PAGCOR license. All gaming activities on this platform are governed by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory standards. By using okslotph, you submit to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and regulators.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active okslotph account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
All games on okslotph use certified random number generators (RNG). Game outcomes are independently audited. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through software, exploits, or collusion is a material breach of these Terms.
All promotional bonuses and free credits are subject to wagering requirements and specific bonus terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until wagering conditions are fully met. okslotph reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and okslotph ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the okslotph platform at okslotph.club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the okslotph platform.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the okslotph website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the okslotph platform, you confirm that:

This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming law and enforced by PAGCOR. okslotph strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. okslotph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
The okslotph platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law is not permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the okslotph platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. okslotph makes no representation that the Services are lawful in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated, or who are subject to a self-exclusion order or a PAGCOR-mandated exclusion, are not eligible to register or use the platform.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active okslotph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. okslotph employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, okslotph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein without prior notice.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okslotph account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. okslotph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify okslotph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
okslotph is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of its players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method at any time. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account termination.
The minimum deposit on the okslotph platform is ₱20. Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability and any limits imposed by the relevant payment provider. okslotph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the okslotph Help Center. okslotph reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the okslotph account. okslotph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
okslotph is committed to full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all related PAGCOR directives. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities. okslotph reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation where money laundering or fraud is suspected.
All transactions on the okslotph platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the player.
okslotph may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms applicable to each promotion before accepting it.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. okslotph reserves the right to void bonus winnings where wagering requirements have not been met or where bonus abuse is detected.
Any attempt to abuse the okslotph bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonus funds — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. okslotph reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and terminate accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
okslotph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the platform or by email to registered players.
All games available on the okslotph platform — including bingo, slots, live casino, and rummy — use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine game outcomes. The RNG systems used by okslotph are independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability. No player, employee, or third party can predict or influence game outcomes.
Each game on the okslotph platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall apply to that game. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game, okslotph will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where a game cannot be restored, affected wagers may be voided and stakes returned to the player at okslotph's sole discretion. okslotph shall not be liable for any loss of winnings or other damages arising from technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okslotph platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the okslotph platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of okslotph or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okslotph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the okslotph platform without our prior written consent.
The okslotph name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of okslotph. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
okslotph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the okslotph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
okslotph implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and okslotph cannot guarantee absolute data security.
okslotph will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by law, and with trusted service providers who assist in the operation of the platform, subject to strict confidentiality obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okslotph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
The okslotph platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. okslotph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall okslotph's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okslotph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
okslotph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, okslotph may forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals.
You may close your okslotph account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, all pending wagering requirements must be settled and any outstanding withdrawals processed. okslotph will return any verified real-money balance remaining in your account upon closure, subject to identity verification and applicable processing timeframes.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the okslotph platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 11, and 13 — shall continue to apply after termination.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising between you and okslotph in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be submitted to okslotph's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body under PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
okslotph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the okslotph platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
